In January 2019, we were instructed to complete Strategic Asset Management Surveys to over 1,200 Supported Living properties across over 30 blocks.
This included:
- Strategic Asset Management Survey to dwellings, block external and communal internal areas
- Aerial Drone Survey to all blocks to assess condition of roof and high elevations
- Virtual Asset Management Survey (utilising 360° imaging)
We are proud to report that upon completion of the 3-month survey programme, we achieved over 90% access to dwellings and 100% access to blocks!
