Since MLCS3 established in 2012, the development of customised web-based asset and project management software has been at the heart of our operations.

As we have developed as a business, so has our software. With over 40 social housing landlords and major contractors using our solution to manage in excess of 400,000 properties and deliver over £250m of planned works per annum.

MLCS3 have worked closely with clients to develop a fully integrated project and asset management system. Our web-based platform offers a hybrid approach by providing both a “client” asset management system alongside a “contractor” project management solution. This has ensured that the requirements of how the client will view and analyse information is aligned with how a contractor will manage the delivery of works. The system is fully complimented with a mobile app, allowing site staff to collect, record and update information, providing a “live” system whilst ensuring efficiency to operations.

As a business we support, back up and host the data at multiple leading data centres in the UK who hold ISO 27001 for information security management systems. Quality and security is a priority consideration when developing our software products, hence the importance of securing Cyber Essentials and ISO 9001 providing all of our clients with peace of mind.

One of our leading examples of innovation within the sector is the development of integrating virtual tour technology with our asset and project management software.
